Position:
Roofing Project Manager
Manage the Entire Process from Sale to Installation of Roofing
Required Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities. Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers,
and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors. Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each roofing installation project. Order roofing materials and ensure timely delivery. Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners. Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Experience:
5+ years of project management experience with roofing Residential roofing installation experience or general experience in construction/home improvement.
