About the Role

Aspire Caregiving is seeking dependable, caring, and motivated in-home caregivers to provide support for clients in Central Point, OR and surrounding areas.

If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day, this role is perfect for you. Whether you are an experienced caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or new to caregiving, we provide paid training for the right candidate -- all you need is a compassionate heart, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Provide companionship and emotional support Help with meal preparation, cooking, and light housekeeping Run errands and assist with grocery shopping Provide basic pet care as needed Transport clients safely to appointments, errands, or outings Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance required Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English Maintain excellent personal hygiene and a professional appearance Must be dependable, compassionate, and patient Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Must successfully pass a drug test, background check, and skills assessment prior to starting Must attend a paid on-site skills assessment and orientation at our Medford office (Thursday or Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)*
