What You Will Do
This role is not about order-taking, it's about owning a territory and growing it with precision, consistency, and relationship strength.
You will:
Develop and expand a high-value book of business across biotech, pharma, and research customers
Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined prospecting and networking
Deepen existing accounts and identify new applications for our product portfolio
Stay close to market shifts, competitor activity, and scientific trends
Conduct meaningful customer meetings (virtual and in-person) that drive outcomes
Negotiate contracts and close deals with decision-makers at multiple levels
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer success post-close
This is a role for someone who knows how to think strategically, act decisively, and perform consistently.
What We're Looking For
We want a proven sales professional who:
Has
3-5+ years
of experience in life sciences, biologics, pharmaceutical supply, or scientific materials
Has
consistently exceeded quotas
and can speak to results, not just responsibilities
Understands complex B2B buying cycles and technical customer groups
Builds strong relationships with scientific, procurement, and operational stakeholders
Is comfortable with autonomy, territory management, and accountability
Thrives in a performance-driven environment where success is recognized and rewarded

Base Salary:
$70,000
Commission:
Uncapped; top performers earn well into six figures
Remote work with territory travel (up to 50%)
