Northern California/Sacramento - Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Management of RFI\xe2\x80\x99s & Submittals
• Entering and Tracking in Spectrum
• Preparing for PM\xe2\x80\x99s approval
• Issuing to Owner/Client in a timely matter
• Meeting Minutes
• Prepare, update and issue on a weekly basis
• Equipment Rental
• Ordering & calling off necessary equipment for jobsites in a timely manner
• Track all deposits being issued on jobs
• Track project progress and maintain communication with all internal and external team members on matters pertaining to schedules, selections and budgets
• Assist with inspections throughout construction process
• Typing and distributing correspondences/letters
• Maintain project files electronic and hard copies
• Assist the PM on an as-need basis
