Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Non-Commercial Driver's License Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting furniture, appliances and workout machines, while providing a great communication with customers and white glove services; while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various driving capacities, showcasing their versatility and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Operate non-commercial vehicles for the purpose of transporting furniture appliances and workout machines Ensure timely delivery of items while maintaining a safe driving record. Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling of materials. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding routes and schedules. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and any incidents that may occur during transport. Assist in training new drivers on proper driving techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driver roles. Familiarity with operating box trucks Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience with heavy lifting between you and your helper Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other loading equipment as required. Comfortable with manual transmission vehicles and route driving
