Nightclub Security Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a qualified individual to be a Security Manager for a Nightclub in Center City Philadelphia. The venue is a high volume nightclub, open 6 nights per week. Security Manager needs to work at a minimum 3 nights per week, usually Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Shifts are generally 9 PM - 330 AM. Duties Include but are not limited too;
-Scheduling security staff (25 security officers)
-Managing / overseeing security staff. Making sure staff is operating appropriately and disciplining/reprimanding staff when needed
-Protecting the assets of the venue through the following of procedures and protocols
-Writing incident reports / Assisting Law Enforcement as needed Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience level:
- 7 years
- Weekends only
