Pay Rate - $15.00 an hour

is seeking to hire a

Night Team Lead Cleaner

. The Night Team Lead Cleaner is responsible for the direct training and supervision of a designated team or staff, in addition to performing General Cleaner duties.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Night Team Lead Cleaner reports to the Shift Supervisor

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

Manages a team (up to 7) to complete required tasks (sorting, cleaning, organizing, moving, weighing, data collection). Explains job descriptions to assigned team. Provide employee training regarding acceptable techniques and procedures for cleaning and performing specific duties of the team. Inform team about company or facility cleaning policies and procedures. Communicates acceptable productivity, safety, and quality standards and enforce them. Ensures all supplies and equipment are available to complete assigned tasks. Maintains equipment in good condition. Reports any maintenance or equipment concerns immediately. Counsels, evaluates, and disciplines all employees assigned to team. Conducts inspections of assigned work area. Responsible for cost control of labor supplies and equipment of assigned team. Maintains records for assigned team, including inspection reports, team work schedules, and maintenance and safety reports. Reports accidents and injuries immediately to Shift Supervisor. Completes all other duties as assigned by Shift Supervisor.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Leadership: Leading teams of at least 7 people Use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment (up to 200 lbs) Ability to work a non-standard schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and with team Punctual and reliable communicator Positive attitude and consistent motivation to work Work well with all departments

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Janitor/Cleaning experience is a plus. Team lead experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English)
