Empower a crew of committed night shift maintenance technicians with visionary supervision. Assure the optimal functioning of production equipment through meticulous preventative and repair maintenance. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering departments to maintain operational flow and efficiency. Implement root cause analysis and enhancement tools to dismantle equipment inefficiencies. Strategically manage team schedules, development, and performance assessments. Champion capital improvement efforts and spearhead new technology initiatives. Adhere strictly to safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
