Job Description
A Place At Home - Westwood is looking for an experienced CHHA certified Home Caregiver for a night shift.
Location: Bergen County
Job Type: Night Shift
Salary: Up to $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living, like bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Help clients with mobility needs such as walking assistance and bed transfer.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Keep records of care, monitor and communicate any change in client condition.
Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure high level of Quality of Care.

Skills/Qualifications:
CHHA Certificate and Experience in caring for seniors with ADL.
