Duties & Responsibilities:

Interact with team members, customers, and vendors using

Harmony Restaurants'

core values. Deliver Unparalleled Hospitalityto every guest who visits our cafe. Prepare fresh ingredients for food and smoothies. Assemble and serve smoothies and meals to

standards. Follow proper sanitation and food safety practices during food prep and service. Set up and monitor smoothie and food workstations. Maintain a clean and organized cafe, including kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and workstations. Operate the POS register system accurately, take guest orders, and handle cash responsibly. Adhere to all brand safety and security policies. Perform additional tasks as needed to support cafe operations.

Physical Requirements:

Stand and walk continuously throughout the shift. Regular bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds). Frequent face-to-face interaction in a high-energy cafe setting. Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor. Safely navigate and operate within a fast-paced environment.

It started on a beach in Florida. The calm gulf waters, friends enjoying games in the sand and a need for replenishment from the warm Florida sun. We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. And customers lined up for our tasty creations. Then in 1997, we opened our first cafe in Tallahassee, Florida. Guests now had a place to sit and relax while we made their favorite smoothies. Two years later, we added a range of wholesome food options to complement our smoothies, all made fresh. We started as a destination for flavor, and it's a proud heritage that we continue today. We are guided by a simple belief: when you eat better, you feel better. Tropical Smoothie Cafe's menu boasts bold, flavorful smoothies with a healthy appeal, all made-to-order with quality ingredients. We find that real fruits, veggies and juices just taste better.
