Summary:

Banton is seeking to immediately hire a qualified Night Shift Construction Superintendent. The successful candidate will be assigned to the Providence Station renovation project, which is currently underway in Providence, RI. There is also opportunity for growth and advancement within the company once the Project is completed. Our headquarters are based in North Haven, CT, and we have an active pipeline of transportation-oriented work throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

Oversee nightly operations of an active construction project, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations. Coordinate with project team to align project goals and objectives. Review plans and project documents to ensure accurate execution of the project design. Utilize construction management software for tracking progress and reporting.

Requirements:

The position requires a pre-employment drug screen, followed by randomly selected screenings.

Must be willing to work the night shift (10 PM - 7 AM). Hours are subject to change based on schedules and outages. Must be able to reliably commute/report to the job-site location in Providence, RI

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (5-panel drug screen includes marijuana)

Must maintain compliance with the FRA's random drug & alcohol testing program Experience working with Amtrak Railroad is strongly preferred Quality control and safety related credentials are strongly preferred

Base Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
