Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to management. Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices are upheld. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a cafe or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus. Ability to handle food safely and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen area. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
