Position: Night Auditor

As a Night Auditor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the overnight shift, balancing exceptional front desk service with accurate end-of-day financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit, balance, and report daily hotel revenue across all departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Retail. Reconcile and summarize daily cash, credit card, and check transactions. Track room revenue, occupancy, and other key performance metrics. Post charges, verify account balances, and process payments accurately. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate room inventory and communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Promote hotel services and amenities using effective upselling techniques. Ensure data security and uphold company standards of appearance and conduct.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and efficiently during overnight hours. Proficiency with computers and standard front desk equipment.

Preferred:

Background in accounting or finance. Previous front desk or hospitality experience. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
