We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires a strong background in hotel management and guest services, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service to guests. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures effectively. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hours by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular checks. Provide assistance to guests with special requests or needs, fostering positive guest relations.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on night audit functions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff. Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a resort or hotel setting is essential. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage financial records accurately. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
