The Doubletree by Hilton Orlando Airport is currently hiring for a
Night Auditor
, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM. This position requires strong knowledge of Front Office operations as well as Accounting.

Responsible to balance the house; must be able to prepare audit run, balance all F&B paperwork and transactions, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
Greet guests and provide them with assistance and information as requested.
Help guests with information about the hotel and the local area/city.
Check guests in and out of the hotel.
Ability to work well with other departments.
Responsible for balancing their assigned cash bank.
Answer internal or external phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
Adhere to company policies & procedures at alltimes.
Requirements/Qualifications:
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic and detailed oriented, with exceptional English language communication skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a friendly and courteous disposition and personality.
Maintain good, neat, personal appearance at all times.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
Knowledge of computers and cash handling experience is mandatory.
Self-motivated, friendly, upbeat, and outgoing person who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Previous Front Desk experience in a hotel is an asset.
FLEXIBILITY IN SHIFTS: Ability to work graveyard shift on any day is absolutely required.
