This role is a hands-on, service-oriented liaison for the hotel. This role is an ambassador for the hotel and plays a key role in communicating and coordinating with all departments in support of our service culture.
Requirements:
Smile and always provide friendly and professional service, with genuine care and attention to detail.
Exercise a sense of urgency for guest inquiries, requests and/or concerns.
Be knowledgeable in hotel amenities and services as well as restaurants and attractions in the surrounding areas.
Perform check ins and check outs, ensuring approved methods of payment have been collected.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform miscellaneous clerical work such as answering phones, making copies, faxing, emailing, etc.
Oversee and action any relevant front desk financial reporting.
Coordinate details between departments regarding guest's needs, ensuring all arrangements are handled with care and attention to detail.
Practice effective time management to prioritize as relative duties pertain to the team and business.
Run the Audit according to the provided checklist
Identify areas of opportunity and contribute to the growth of the hotel with a hands-on implementation strategy.
Conduct day to day business with integrity, making decisions on behalf of the hotel, team and guests.
Update On the Books reports on a daily basis
Operate with discretion regarding guest related concerns and other proprietary information.
Take pride in your role in order to embody an exceptional guest service atmosphere.
Engage in team and department meetings.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Physical Demands:
Lifting 30 lbs. maximum and occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as dockets, ledgers, and small tools. Walking, standing, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing are required.
Environmental Conditions:
Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. A job is considered "inside" if the worker spends approximately 75% or more of the time inside.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Hires, trains and supervises full-time, part-time and/or temporary workers.
