Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk functions, and ensuring the security and accuracy of nightly financial reports. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting smooth hotel operations through meticulous record-keeping and guest relations.

Responsibilities



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional guest services Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account adjustments Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Support guest relations by providing local information, concierge services, and ensuring a comfortable stay

Requirements



Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs effectively Ability to handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette and professionalism Familiarity with guest services, hotel policies, and hospitality standards Prior experience working with guest relations and resolving issues efficiently
