Job Overview

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for managing front desk activities, performing night audits, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back.

SHIFT HOURS ARE 11PM-7AM

What you'll do

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, with a friendly demeanor Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain guest relations by ensuring all needs are met during their stay Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while providing excellent phone etiquette Ensure the security of the hotel premises and assist with any emergencies that may arise Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Document any discrepancies or issues encountered during the audit process

Basic qualifications

Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Preferred qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual abilities to enhance communication with diverse guests Previous experience in night audit roles or similar positions within the hospitality industry Familiarity with resort operations and guest services best practices CAN WORK FLEXIABLE SCHEDULE WORK HOLIDAYS WORK WEEKENDS
