Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, with a focus on audit and balance reports while also demonstrating excellent customer services skills within a hospitality setting. Room Master expericence.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide information about the hotel. Check guests in and out, allocate rooms, and provide keys. Take and cancel bookings by phone, email, or in person. Prepare room bills and ensure prompt payment. Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed. Handle guest complaints Handling cash Transactions Run EOD reports and distribute reports to proper departments Audit and balance reports from day shift Check daily bucket list Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisors and managers

Requirements

Basic computer and application skills for PMS system. Custoner service skills

Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
