Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining guest records, and providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours. This role is vital in maintaining smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift, offering an opportunity for individuals with hospitality management experience and strong customer service skills to excel in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform nightly audit procedures, including reconciling accounts and verifying financial transactions Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Handle guest requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive relations Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and billing information Monitor security and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Respond to phone calls using multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette Assist with administrative tasks such as reporting discrepancies and preparing daily summaries Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly and courteous guest services at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, or guest services preferred Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel operations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution Proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates
