Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, providing exceptional guest services during overnight hours, and maintaining smooth hotel operations. Bilingual skills and hotel management experience are highly valued.

Duties

Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and prepare reports for management review. Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Ensure the security and safety of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues.

Requirements

Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hospitality management software is a plus. Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate financial reconciliation. Hospitality or hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates committed to learning the role. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of our hotel during nighttime hours while delivering outstanding service to our guests. Pay: From $14.00 per hour
