Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in hospitality and guest services.

Duties:
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Handle phone calls and reservations with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and distribute reports summarizing daily activities and financial data
- Assist with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises by monitoring surveillance systems

Experience:
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
