Join Our Team as a Night Auditor

About Us:

At Aimbridge Hospitality, we deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a Night Auditor, you'll ensure our guests have a seamless hotel stay. If you're a night owl with a passion for hospitality and numbers, join our dynamic team! Those interested may opt to work one additional shift per week in addition to two night audit shifts, if desired and available.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Services:

Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.

Night Audit:

Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.

Security:

Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.

Reporting:

Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.

Skills:

Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus. High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Courtyard by Marriott Reno Downtown/Riverfront is located in Reno, 650 feet from the National Automobile Museum. National Bowling Stadium is 1,000 feet from Courtyard by Marriott Reno, while Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts is 1,650 feet away. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is 2.5 mi from the property.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
