Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at a hotel in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift.

Duties:

- Perform night audit duties accurately and efficiently
- Check in late-arriving guests and handle guest requests during the night
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Balance and reconcile all hotel revenue and settlements
- Prepare daily reports for management
- Ensure the security of the property during the night hours

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations
