The Marriott SpringHill extended stay suites Canfield and Courtyard by Marriott Youngstown-Canfield are seeking dedicated Hotel Night Auditors to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Night Auditors responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Check guests in and out efficiently

- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services

- Assist with reservations and room assignments

- Manage guest requests promptly and effectively

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting

- Excellent phone etiquette skills

- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills

- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Front desk agents start at $13.00 per hour at Courtyard and $14.00 per hour at SpringHill Suites.

Bi-weekly pay.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
