Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or front desk operations and be comfortable handling financial transactions and guest inquiries.

Duties

Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage the front desk operations during night shifts, providing exceptional customer service to guests. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management review. Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries or requests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the night. Assist in resolving any issues that may arise during the night shift, including guest complaints or emergencies.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality management, front desk operations, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Proficient in operating phone systems and handling various communication tools. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
