Job Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditors to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk operations, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties

Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Process payments and manage cash handling procedures. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest interactions. Familiarity with hospitality software systems is a plus. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of resort operations is an advantage. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
