As a Night Auditor you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during overnight hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing night audit functions, and assisting with administrative tasks. In this role, attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for reconciling and balancing daily transactions. You will also interact with guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise overnight. Additionally, you will operate phone systems, handling incoming calls professionally.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit functions, including reconciling and balancing daily transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry

Job Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a guest service environment or hotel highly preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
