The NICU Shift Manager will join a Central Valley area, award-winning medical center which has earned national recognition for excellence in a wide variety of specialties. This 400+ Bed medical center is an outstanding Level 2 Trauma center. This medical center has been awarded for High Performing Hospital for Diabetes, Heart Failure and Stroke by the U.S. News & World Report for 2023.

The NICU Shift Manager will report to the Nurse Director of Women & Children\xe2\x80\x99s Services and will help lead an amazing team of Registered Nurses. Supported directly by several Charge Nurses and a Clinical Educator, the Shift Nurse Manager will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department and be responsible for the night shift team.

This NICU department includes a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This highly skilled team of caregivers is made up of tenured Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Lactation Consultants, Respiratory Therapists and other healthcare professionals who all play a vital role in ensuring this unit runs smoothly. There wilI also be a strong team of board certified Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners will be available at all timesand are committed to providing the highest quality care.
