INTERNET FIREARM SALES

Full-Time


Internet Firearm Sales Associates serve as a liaison between our online customers and our retail unit. This position requires exemplary skills in areas such as customer service, telephone communication, sales, time management, problem solving and an intimate knowledge of firearms and the shooting sports/hunting industry. Internet Firearm Sales Associates must be a self-starter who is highly motivated, dependable and detail oriented. Qualified candidates for this role must be twenty-one years of age or older, have the ability to work both autonomously and within a team while managing and growing our customer relationships.


Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays 9am-6pm, Tuesdays 11am-7pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, and Sundays 9am-6pm.

HOUSEKEEPING/FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Full-Time



On a daily basis the Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team ensures that the assigned buildings and surrounding areas provide comfort and safety through effective cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance procedures. This individual as a part of our Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance team will perform general cleaning duties which include sweeping, dusting, washing windows, washing floors, carpet maintenance, vacuuming, lavatory cleaning, snow removal and other related duties. Housekeeping/Facilities Maintenance candidates must have an unrestricted driver's license and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.


Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays 7am-3:30pm with one shift being 10:30am-7pm TBD.

FRONT END ASSISTANT MANAGER (Cashier Assistant Manager)

Full-time



As a member of the cashier management team you will be responsible for daily supervision and motivation of the cashiering and customer service staff. You, a Front End Assistant Manager, will demonstrate and enforce the policies, procedures and philosophies of Kevin, Inc. Front End Assistant Managers directly report to the Divisional Managers of Retail. Requires regular exercise of independent judgment. Supervises and trains employees, assists other managers and supervisors in fulfilling the objectives of the Cashier Department and the Company as a Front End Manager. Has direct supervision over the Cashiers, Customer Service and Senior Cashiers.


Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesdays 9am-5pm, Wednesdays 11am-7pm, Thursdays 11am-7pm, Fridays 10am-6pm, and Saturdays 10am-6pm.

CAMPING ASSOCIATE

Part-Time (Year-round)


Camping Sales Associates assist customers with their shopping needs within our store. Customers should be greeted, and questions answered related to the merchandise, store policies and locate items. Sales Associates must keep the floor organized and well-stocked. Sales associates report directly to the camping/specialty sports assistant managers. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Qualified candidates must be available to work Mondays 9am-5pm, Tuesdays 10am-6pm and Wednesdays 11am-7pm.

WAREHOUSE SELECTOR

Part-Time/Full-Time (Seasonal)


On a daily basis Warehouse Associates do the following: price changes, stocking, condenses, pulls and computer locate merchandise for sale in a timely manner with an accurate attention to detail. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Qualified candidates must be available to work any of the following shifts: Tuesdays 8am-4:30pm, Wednesdays 10:30am-7pm, Thursdays 9am-5:30pm, Fridays 9am-5:30pm, and Saturday 11am-7pm. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 5+ hours a day on a concrete warehouse floor.

NICS CLERK

Full-Time (Year-round)


NICS Clerks are responsible for and assisting in the process of submitting NICS checks through regulated channels. You will work closely with the customers, firearms sales associates, departmental managers, and training coordinator to ensure accuracy in all stored files as a NICS Clerk. Data entry skills and confidentiality are a must. This position, NICS Clerk, is a customer facing position. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Qualified candidates must be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Sundays 9am-5pm.
