Job Description

Wiggins Consulting LLC is seeking an innovative and detail-oriented NextJS Developer to support one of our key client projects. This role focuses on building scalable, user-friendly front-end applications using Next.js, React, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a passion for clean code, and experience working in Agile teams delivering high-quality digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Next.js, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, and deliver features, bug fixes, and enhancements within sprint timelines. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and follow best coding practices. Conduct code, environment, and design reviews to ensure quality and performance. Support CI/CD processes and troubleshoot application issues with urgency and professionalism. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum stand-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong expertise in Next.js, React, AngularJS, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Experience in Agile development environments with front-end development best practices. Proficiency in Visual Studio Code and knowledge of web services and XML.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with customer portals, mobile-first design, PeopleSoft, MuleSoft, or higher education projects. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AWS CodeWhisperer.

Pay: $100,096.08 - $120,545.81 per year
