Next Generation Advisor (NGA)

Viator Wealth Management of NEST Capital is hiring a Full-Time Next Generation Advisor for our

Metairie, Louisiana office.

NEST Capital is a large, close-knit, independently owned financial advisory team with multiple practices. Viator Wealth Management is one of those practices. NEST Capital manages $4.8B (1) in assets under management and has 75 associates dispersed among 16 offices in 7 different states. We work hard for our clients, and we believe it shines through our interactions with clients who quite often become friends. We aim to provide the best client experience possible through setting and then exceeding client expectations.

This role supports the leadership team by relieving administrative tasks, while also contributing to sales and production efforts. It plays a key part in ensuring the office (and business) operates efficiently and effectively.If you have a passion for helping people using ahigh-touch, personal approach, you may be ideal for this position. The ideal candidate would show great initiative and be highly organized, have excellent people skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a client-first growth-style mindset. We are a fast-paced business where work and client needs are wide-ranging and flexible as we hope are you. Securities licensing and Registration desired, but not required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to tasks such as:

Proactively prepare for, schedule, and confirm quarterly client meetings for Advisors Compose letters/emails as needed Ensure clean handoffs to service staff Initiate Confirmation Calls to product carriers, gather information to present Create and implement a call rotation/client review schedule Document clear and concise appointment notes, perform or delegate follow up items Master Money Planning Software and update client plans as needed and prior to Annual Strategy Meetings Review Daily Reports/Action Items proactively and assign tasks where needed Cascade Compliance and Supervisory alerts to the team Represent office by attending all advisor calls/lunch & learns and training sessions Represent and enhance the company Mission and Core Values

Pay Range starts at $55k with bonus potential
