Showing Agent
You'll work closely with our buyer agents and clients to provide seamless showing experiences.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct property showings.
Communicate with clients and buyer agents to ensure smooth coordination.
Support inspections, appraisals, and client follow-ups.
Ideal For:
Newly Licensed (or soon-to-be-licensed) agents who want to learn the business and grow into a full buyer agent role.
Auction Agent
You'll specialize in helping clients sell properties using our auction platform -- a fast-paced and exciting niche of real estate.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with investors, sellers, and buyers in the auction space.
Attend and represent the team at live and online auctions.
Guide clients through auction-specific processes and due diligence.
Ideal For:
Agents experienced with distressed, investment, or time-sensitive transactions -- or eager to learn this specialized niche.
Compensation:
Commission-based with bonus incentives tied to auction closings.
Buyer Agents (3 Positions)
You'll represent clients throughout the buying process -- from consultation to close -- with full team support.
Responsibilities:
Work qualified leads provided by the team.
Show properties, write offers, and negotiate contracts.
Deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain strong relationships.
Ideal For:
Licensed agents with at least 6-12 months of sales or customer-facing experience who thrive in a team environment.
Compensation:
