Responsibilities

Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze current real estate trends. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract qualified buyers. Negotiate offers and manage transactions to ensure smooth closings. Maintain consistent communication and build strong client relationships. Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and state real estate laws. Manage property listings, schedule showings and open houses, and complete related administrative tasks. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, appraisers, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
Skills Developed

Negotiation and closing strategies. Marketing and digital advertising techniques. Communication with diverse clientele, including multilingual communities. Customer service and relationship management. Sales and lead generation strategies. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Professional verbal and written communication.
