Qualifications:

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales quotas; you are a deal architect with a history of high-conversion results. Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are a natural rapport-builder and expert communicator who effortlessly connects with clients and team. Possesses the polish and charm necessary to represent a luxury brand and maintain a dynamic, positive presence. Disciplined work ethic paired with the tenacity to persevere and an unwavering commitment to asking for the sale. Ability to embrace coaching and implement sales strategy for continuous improvement. New home sales experience is a definite plus, but your sales success and attitude are paramount Availability to work weekends, as these are peak sales opportunities
