New Home Sales & Design Consultant

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (One weekday off)

Blackburn Homes is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a New Home Sales & Design Consultant. This position blends real estate, interior design, new home construction, and customer service into one fulfilling role where you'll guide home buyers through every step of the new home journey--from initial interest to final closing.

Key Responsibilities:

Real Estate Sales

Represent Blackburn Homes as a trusted advisor in the home buying process Collaborate with licensed agents and assist prospective buyers If not currently licensed, candidates must be willing to obtain a real estate license within the first 6 months of employment
Interior Design Support

Help buyers make personalized finish selections in our design center Provide design guidance to enhance the overall home buying experience
New Home Construction Guidance

Possess or develop a basic understanding of new home construction Comfortably walk customers through active construction sites Provide insight and updates throughout the build process
Sales Expertise

Assist potential buyers in selecting the ideal floor plan for their lifestyle Lead customers through the complete sales process, from consultation to contract
Customer Service & Relationship Management

Maintain consistent communication with home buyers Answer questions and provide updates during every phase of the home building process Ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For:

Preferred:

Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Strong interest or experience in sales, customer service, or design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping people find and create their dream home Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Basic knowledge of home construction is preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
