Job Responsibilities:

• Lead prospects through the Sales process with professionalism
• Follow-up with prospects pipeline including CRM usage by following our standardized process
• Implement lead generating activities \xe2\x80\x93 Signage, advertisement, referrals from past buyers, host model home event, email marketing.
• Establish rapport and professional present homes with excellence.
• Act as a liaison between Construction Superintendent, Sales Manager, and homebuyers from start to finish.

Requirements:

• North Carolina Real Estate License
• 3+ years of experience in new home sales, real estate sales, or related field
