Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit detailed architectural design drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Process and distribute option packages & change orders.
  • Review financial information on sales addendums
  • Maintain weekly report in Excel
  • Work closely with the sales professional & design coordinators to request documentation
  • Maintains office records & files
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative support functions
Meets all team deadlines and responsibilities, listens to others and values opinions, helps team leader to meet goals, welcomes newcomers and promotes a team atmosphere
