Job Description

The New Haven, Assistant Superintendent will oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role is critical in supporting the project team in delivering high-quality property developments while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and quality outcomes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and compliance with local regulations.
  • Communicate project progress and challenges to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability for scheduled tasks.
  • Assist in resolving on-site issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including site logs and reports.
  • Support the enforcement of safety protocols and best practices for all site personnel.

A successful Construction Assistant Superintendent should have:
