The ideal candidate will have the following requirements for the New Grad RN Program:

• Florida RN license (or graduate nurse in FL with licensure exam scheduled)
• BLS (w/in 30 days of employment)
• ACLS (w/in 1 year of employment)
• ASN or BSN degree
• No previous experience required!

Assignment details for the New Grad RN Program:

• Assess patients and situations while managing treatment
• Perform duties as an advocate for the patient and family
• Give education and instruction on medications and treatments to patients and families
• Provide a commitment to continuous improvement with a high focus on quality care
• Collaboration within your cohort to complete an assigned group practice project
• Ability to learn and perform through hands-on simulations and preceptorship
• Attend monthly educational sessions
• Schedule: 3x12, nights
