We are seeking a motivated and eager New Construction Plumbing Helper/Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in Plumbing. As a New Construction Plumbing Helper/Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced plumbers, gaining hands-on experience in various plumbing tasks and techniques. You will be exposed to a variety of plumbing systems and learn essential skills that will prepare you for a successful career in the field.

Duties

Assist in keeping track of jobs ( making sure we track progress, material needed, etc.) Keep Trucks Stocked, Organized, and Clean Keep Shop Cleaned and Organized. Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete plumbing tasks. Participate in New Construction site activities, including building and assembling plumbing systems. Learn to perform pipe threading and other essential plumbing techniques. Support field service operations by assisting with troubleshooting and repairs on-site. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of plumbing concepts and systems is preferred but not required. Familiarity with power tools and construction practices is advantageous. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and dimensions. Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals. Ability to work effectively on construction sites, which may involve physical labor. Willing and Able to work in any type of weather ( We work when its 10 degrees outside or 100 degrees outside) Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
