Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
New Business Coordinator
to join our operations team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting our financial advisors and ensuring the efficient processing of new insurance, investment, and retirement business. If you're organized, solutions-oriented, and enjoy working in a dynamic and professional environment, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process new business applications for life insurance, investments, annuities, and other retirement products
Serve as a liaison between financial advisors, clients, and partner companies to ensure accurate and timely submissions
Monitor case status and provide regular updates to advisors and clients
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout the application and onboarding process
Coordinate follow-ups on outstanding requirements and documentation
Support advisors in navigating carrier-specific systems and requirements
Maintain accurate records and data entry in internal tracking systems
Qualifications:
Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or investment operations preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
