Job Summary

The Network Provider Requests Specialist is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers on an ad-hoc basis due to the special requests and/or needs of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych\'s professional provider network
• Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
• Work closely with ComPsych\'s clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
• 2+ years of professional business experience
• Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated problem solving, multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
• Exceptional communication skills, with strong focus on customer service
• Ability to meet daily production expectations
