Essential Functions

Manage 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and incident escalations. Implement network policies aligned with ZTA and RMF controls. Coordinate patch management and system hardening activities. Analyze network performance metrics and capacity planning data. Supervise network engineers and technicians across multiple sites. Integrate AI/ML tools for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance. Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs and DoDIN policies. Develop continuity of operations (COOP) plans for critical network nodes.

Competencies

Advanced network design, routing, and security knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto). Strong leadership and communication skills for high-tempo operations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Information Technology or Networking. Eight (8)+ years of network operations experience with three (3)+ years in lead roles. Active TS/SCI clearance; CCNP or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

CCIE or DoD Cyber Ops certification.

Compensation

$80 - $140 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
