General Description and Classification Standards High-level senior leadership position responsible for designs, develops, maintains, evaluates, and troubleshoots current telephony applications, network hardware and software; evaluates their ability to support specific requirements and interface with other equipment and systems. Directly responsible for the planning and execution of many large-scale CoA systems implementations and projects from the telephony and network infrastructure perspective and high-profile projects. Responsible for implementing security solutions for voice/data networks; Additionally, define requirements, evaluate and plan/manage changes to the voice and data infrastructure. Maintain current knowledge of current and emerging technologies, regularly analyzing, and evaluating their impact and benefit to CoA. Provide backup support for other members of the Telecom/Network Engineering team.
