Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled

.NET Developer (Mid-Level)

to support a federal customer in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will contribute to the development and sustainment of a large, mission-critical .NET application used in national security operations. Your work will directly enhance data integrity, system reliability, and user experience across a secure, high-availability environment.

What You'll Do

------------------


As a .NET Developer, you will:


Develop and maintain complex C#/ASP.NET applications supporting national security systems Perform data analysis, reconciliation, and consolidation across multiple data sources Design and implement user interfaces, reporting queries, and visualizations Build and enhance mobile and web-based application components Support end-to-end CI/CD processes Integrate data from multiple sources and address duplication or data quality concerns Utilize .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Entity Framework in daily development activities Develop both client-side and server-side application features Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles Contribute to the development of Web APIs Use GitLab for source control and versioning Collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges with precision and attention to detail

Schedule & Shift Details

Full-time (40 hours/week) Onsite in Colorado Springs, CO Standard business hours; occasional flexibility may be required

Requirements

----------------


U.S. Citizenship required

Active DoD Secret Clearance required

Minimum

4+ years

of experience in C#/ASP.NET software development on complex technical systems Hands-on experience with:

+ Data analysis and reconciliation
+ Multi-source data integration and deduplication
+ Query development and reporting
+ User interface design and development
+ .NET Framework and .NET Core
+ SQL Server and Entity Framework
+ Visual Studio 2019+
+ Client-side and server-side development
+ Object-oriented analysis and design
+ GitLab source control
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale federal IT programs Experience working within the SAFe Agile delivery framework Candidates based in Colorado are preferred
