Job Description

General Information:

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for providing audit information to management, preparing reports, conducting risk assessments for company, and developing documents to respond to licensing entities or other contract monitors.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and contract requirements for residential facilities.

Monitor and provide technical assistance on incident reporting.

Assists facilities in preparing for audits and other monitoring visits.

Assist facilities various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data auditors and other monitoring visits.

Assist in the development and/or revision of policies and procedures as deemed necessary by Wayne Halfway House, Inc., or State regulations.

Identifies areas of opportunity within facilities based on observation and review of documentation.

Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information.

Participate in PQI when asked.

Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.

Two years of experience in a residential juvenile facility preferred.

Two years of experience in a compliance role or related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Must pass a drug test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
