Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? Then you may have found your next career move. RJE Telecom, LLC is looking for a NDS CAD Drafter to join our team and help connect America. The NDS CAD Drafter is responsible for the drafting of both copper and fiber facilities in Brightspeed\xe2\x80\x99s NDS system. Prior CAD Drafter experience with CenturyLink/Lumen/Brightspeed\xe2\x80\x99s NDS system is required. Requires at a minimum a 10 Mbps internet access to be able to perform all required functions of this position.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do\xe2\x80\xa6

• Prepare Telecommunications drawings in the NDS format from preliminary design drawings and/or field sketches
• Translate sketches, verbal and written information into CAD drawings
• Organize the layout of plans, details and units on the CAD drawings

Qualifications

What you\'ll need to successfully fill this role...

• Prior CAD Drafting experience utilizing CenturyLink/Lumen/Brightspeed\xe2\x80\x99s NDS system
• AutoCAD experience
• Copper and fiber optic cable experience
• Minimum 10 Mbps internet access
• Basic telephony knowledge
• A working understanding of the RUS (Rural Utility Standards) coding process
