The ideal PM or Super has a proven track record on projects $30M or larger. Data Center experience is a huge plus but large scale light industrial focused candidates will be considered as well. National travel is required due to the nature of business.

• Lead and manage all phases of data center construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain efficiency throughout project execution.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
• Manage risk assessments and troubleshoot issues to maintain project continuity.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to promote future partnerships.

A successful National Travel - PM & Supers - Data Center should have:

• A strong background in project management or site supervision within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of data center construction practices and requirements.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle national travel demands.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Our GC client has been in business over 40 years and operated across the US and 38 other countries. They have more than $19B in their company portfolio and 5 offices in the US including Atlanta. Their average project size is in the $40M - $100M+ range. They are actively hiring for their data center arm.

• PMs: base salary range $90k-$134k
• Supers: base salary range $90k - $130k

• Annual bonus program (10%-15% depending on seniority)
