National Construction Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Florida. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our commercial and industrial roofing projects. From planning and coordinating to execution and completion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Lead and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

2. Team Leadership:

Supervise and provide guidance to project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and other personnel, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Resource Allocation:

Efficiently allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize project performance and maximize productivity.

4. Quality Control:

Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.

5. Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maintain project continuity.

7. Cost Management:

Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

8. Safety Compliance:

Uphold and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety awareness and minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries on-site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a elated field (preferred). Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically in the commercial or industrial roofing sector. Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet project objectives. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve results. Thorough knowledge of roofing materials and manufacturer systems, techniques, and industry best practices. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Estimating and Xactimate is an advantage. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% and as needed.

Bene?ts:
